Excellent overall experience.

The location was good. Easy parking, and easy check-in. Price was good too. But this is an old hotel that just needs some attention and repair. Our room was clean, but had torn curtains, a broken door lock (the second flip over style lock) and had a spot in the bathroom where it looked like someone kicked in the wall. I won’t run back to stay there again, but if I had to go back, I know the room is fine, and it’s a safe and fairly clean place to stay. It could be a nice place with some attention paid to minor repairs and updating.

It was great quite and comfortable

Clean facility, spacious room and shower, super soft sheets, comfy pillows and mattress, surprisingly tasty breakfast with cheesy egg bites. Just 9 min down the road from U of U orthopedic center. You can skip downtown traffic and freeways. A total home run and our go-to choice for U hospital visits going forward. The only negative is the difficulty of pulling out of the parking lot to turn left onto Foothill since there is no signal. But there is at least a wide suicide lane. Great hotel concept, excellent execution.
